Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. No matter where you’re located, we aim to deliver our mouse pads straight to your door.
How long does shipping take?
All products are made to order and are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 3–6 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–14 business days
- Europe: 2–3 business days
- Canada: 2–5 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is absolutely free on all of our products!
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may return it and we will offer a replacement or refund.
How long do I have to report a defective or damaged item?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Items returned due to defects or damage will be handled at no cost to you.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
At this time, all other sales are final unless otherwise stated. We are only able to accept returns for defective or damaged items.

How do I clean my mouse pad?
To keep your InkSpire Mouse Pad looking sharp and performing at its best, spot clean only using a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and cold or lukewarm water. Gently dab the surface rather than scrubbing. Allow the mouse pad to air dry completely before use. Do not machine wash, soak, tumble dry, iron, or expose to direct heat or prolonged sunlight.
What are your mouse pads made of?
Our mouse pads feature a 100% polyester top for smooth tracking and vibrant visuals, paired with a rubber non-slip base to keep the pad firmly in place during use.
How thick are the mouse pads?
InkSpire Mouse Pads are 0.2″ (4 mm) thick, providing a comfortable balance between cushioning and stability.
Will the print fade over time?
Our mouse pads feature vibrant, long lasting prints designed to maintain their look with proper care.
Do the edges peel or fray?
No. Each mouse pad is finished with high quality edge stitching and rounded edges to prevent peeling and ensure long term durability.
